Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) Annual Prize Giving Ceremony and Cocktail Reception

 

The institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) Singapore branch organised its annual prize giving ceremony and cocktail reception on 22 Jan 2014.

 

ICS is an internationally recognised professional body in the maritime industry and it represents shipbrokers, ship managers and agents throughout the world. As a major provider of education and training, ICS sets and examines the syllabus for memberships to provide the maritime industry with highly qualified professionals. In Singapore, ICS delivers its main educational programme, TutorShip, direct from its London head office for students wishing to obtain the ICS Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE) in Singapore. Following the completion of ICS PQE, students can apply for ICS membership. *

 

For the 2014 ICS Annual Prize Giving Ceremony, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) is proud to sponsor the award for the best overall student in Singapore. Ms Tan Beng Tee, Assistant Chief Executive of MPA, presented the award to Mr Robert Haggquist, best overall student for 2013.
